Including relevant courses from each TCNJ certification program useful to new teachers, this certificate program can help you determine if you want to pursue a formal leadership position. Teachers with three or more years of experience seeking state certification should apply to the Master of Education in Educational Leadership or to the Post-Master’s Certification Program in Educational Leadership.

Who Should Pursue This Program?
This certificate is for you if you’re early in your career as a certified teacher or staff member and would like to begin developing your skills as an educational leader. This fully online program accommodates busy working professionals and offers synchronous video meetings to create a sense of community among students and faculty.
