Learn to educate students with diverse needs across varied classroom settings through contemporary and classic instructional methodologies and interpersonal skills. This program emphasizes the connection among differentiated instruction, curricular adaptations, positive behavioral supports, collaborative structures, assistive technology, and literacy instruction. Most courses are taught face-to-face in the late afternoon, with some hybrid and off-campus opportunities.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

This 39-credit, fully accredited program is ideal if you hold a bachelor’s degree in an area other than teaching and are interested in pursuing dual certification in special and elementary education.
