Dual-Degree Program Option

Get a jumpstart and enter the workforce with a master’s degree. Dual degrees offer a streamlined path to earning two degrees, often with direct admission to the graduate portion. You’ll earn both the BS in speech-language pathology and audiology from TCNJ and the MS in speech-language pathology (MS-SLP) from the Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences in this 6-year (4+2) dual-degree program.

Careers

You’ll have plenty of career and educational pathways open to you as a speech-language pathology and audiology graduate. If you plan to become a speech-language pathologist or audiologist, you’ll need to pursue graduate study to be eligible for licensure. TCNJ’s BS program provides prerequisite coursework for most master’s programs (typically MA, MS, or MEd) in speech-language pathology and for clinical doctorate programs (AuD) in audiology. If you’re interested in a particular graduate program, you should consult the program website for information on particular prerequisite coursework and talk to your advisor.
