Through a combination of courses and clinical experiences, you’ll learn to expertly develop health interventions and evaluate health care outcomes for individuals across the lifespan — from infants to the elderly. Complete this 47-credit degree program in two full-time academic years, including two summers. Once you’re done, you’ll be ready to sit for a Family Nurse Practitioner national certification exam.

This program is a good fit if you’re an RN with a bachelor’s degree in nursing who wants to expand your skills and knowledge to focus on the health of both individuals and families.

Curriculum
This post-baccalaureate (BSN) option prepares graduates to provide primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. After completing the program, graduates can sit for the Family Nurse Practitioner national certification exam.
